Some time ago, there was a proposal by the UP government to extend the metro line by 9.4 km from Dilshad Garden to New Bus stand. The UP government approved ₹ 1125 crore for 10 km NH 24 in Ghaziabad to Raj Nagar Extension. This government led initiatives will change the real estate profile of this region.
